SOLIHULL parish

Hey there, how’s it going? Now I’m guessing that if you are on this page then you are likely to be at secondary school looking at what the Parish offers to the youth of Solihull. (Parents and guardians hello to you too!) The following are some of the regular activities and meetings that are already set up for the youth in the parish. So have a gander at our exciting and appealing activities and if you would like to come to anything, please get in touch. Hope you have a good one.

Prayer group

Every week the youth office becomes a centre for prayer in a variety of different, imaginative and creative styles of prayer with a focus on anything. Prayer Group meets on Friday’s during term time in the youth office from 5-6pm

the new Parish Sunday Evening Worshipevery 1st Sunday from 6pm to 8pm in the Oliver Bird Hallfor adults and young people to join together in innovative, informal worshipfor you to be refreshed, to worship, to learn, to reflect and to respond

Growth Groups

These assemble fortnightly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the homes of various teenagers for an evening of worship, Bible study, talks, prayer and to generally hang out with friends.

In June it's an afternoon of climbing!

Sundays

On a regular basis many of the youth are involved in the running of the Sunday services. For times and info on these services see the panel on the right. Club One for school years 7 – 10 meets on the 1st, 3rd and 4th Sunday every month at the 9.15am service at St. Alphege. Gospel and Toast (G&T) meets at St Helen's Church every 4th Sunday from 10-11am. Holy Crunch Bunch (HCB) meet at St Michael's Church every 3rd Sunday from 10.30 to 11.30am
