St Alphege Schools Admission

posted 15 Oct 2012, 19:41 by Solihull Parish   [ updated 15 Oct 2012, 19:49 ]
The St Alphege schools set the criteria for admission to the schools, this is at http://www.st-alphege-inf.solihull.sch.uk/admit.htm.

If you are a regular worshipper, and want this to be taken into consideration by the school when considering their admissions, then you will need to obtain ministerial endorsement.
If you wish to obtain the endorsement of the Team Vicar of St Alphege, then please see the attached documents below (School_Admission_Letter & Record_of_Attendance_School_Admission), and ensure you complete the self certification record in the year before you apply (i.e. to the end of November).
You will need to submit this with a copy of the the child's baptism certificate and the ministers / religious form which can also be found attached below.

These two forms and copy of the baptism certificate should be handed into the Parish Office. For other forms please follow Solihull Council guidance.
