pre school
St Alphege Pre-school is a very successful pre-school which caters for up to 26 children from two and a half years up. It meets for five sessions each week in the hall just next to St Alphege Church.
The pre-school is a member of the Pre-school Learning Alliance and has recently had an excellent report from Ofsted. An Investors in people award was received in mid-2007.
Parents are encouraged to take an active part in management of pre-school.
The five staff are well qualified and four have attained NVQ III level in Children & Education.
