The Mission Church of St
Catherine is situated in the village
of Catherine De Barnes some two miles
east of Solihull town centre on
Hampton Lane. The church is situated next to the Boat
Inn in the centre of the village.
Services are held on the
third Sunday of each month. The service,
which is always a celebration of the Eucharist,
begins at 11 o’clock. Occasionally
other Eucharists are held in the church, notably on Palm Sunday and Easter Day. A Crib Service is held on Christmas
Eve although this is not a Eucharist.
Baptisms can be arranged, but these would normally be held as part of the
regular Sunday worship.
There is no permanent priest
at St Catherine. Services are conducted
by members of the clergy team within the Solihull Parish.
All enquiries should be made through the
Parish
Office
